Registering for Lessons *

By clicking, I agree to *Begin a subscription for weekly lessons in my home with a Jenna-G Music, LLC instructor *Pay $200 by the first day (1st) of each month, for each student receiving weekly 30-minute lessons, for the duration of the subscription. A pro-rated bill may be provided for students beginning lessons in the middle of a month. *Pay an additional $5 per day for every day the payment is late, beginning on the fourth day (4th) of each month. If I fail to do so, an additional bill of all accrued late fees will be sent to me quarterly, which I agree to pay. *Purchase or rent an instrument an instrument to be used for the student to practice on, and (if appropriate) for use by the instructor during lessons. *Notify Jenna-G Music, LLC by e-mailing JennaGMusic@gmail.com more than 30 days prior to the desired end date when cancelling my subscription.

Cancellation Policy *

By clicking, I am confirming that I have read and understand the cancellation policy for lessons: *If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, they must contact Jenna-G Music, LLC or their instructor at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Our website has a tab for “Cancel or Reschedule Lesson” to make this as convenient as possible *Alternative lesson times or additional lesson time on another week or weeks may be offered by instructors if any are available, but are not a guarantee. *Scheduling conflicts with lessons will not be deducted from the monthly bill. *Students or families must notify Jenna-G Music, LLC by e-mail (at JennaGMusic@gmail.com) 30 days before the desired end date if choosing to stop taking lessons.

General Information *

By clicking, I am confirming that I have read and understand the additional information below: *Students who are too ill to attend school or other activities pose a risk to instructors and other students, and must cancel or request to reschedule lessons. *Instructors travel along a regular route. Traffic, weather conditions, or questions from students or families may vary travel time. Please allow a 10-15 minute window for arrival. *Lesson areas must be in a common area or room with an open door. *A parent or supervising adult over the age of 18 is required to stay in the house during lessons. Instructors are not child care providers. *Parents are welcome, but not required to sit in during lessons. *Student folders are on Google Drive, containing lesson notes and other lesson materials. Some printed materials and books are also utilized. *You may purchase the books chosen by your instructor, or Jenna-G Music, LLC can provide them at $2 above retail price. *Students should practice assignments daily and be prepared for each week’s lesson *Fingernails should be kept short for good technique on all instruments unless otherwise instructed.
